How to Install

1. Prepare the Surface
• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
• A flat, stable substrate is essential for full adhesion and a lasting finish.

2. Measure and Cut
• Measure carefully before cutting.
• Use a fine-tooth or track saw for a clean, straight edge.
• Cut with the decorative face upwards to protect the surface finish.

3. Form the Curve
• Panels are designed to flex smoothly — no heating or soaking required.
• Bend gradually to the desired radius, securing one end first for a consistent curve.

4. Apply Adhesive
• Use a high-bond contact adhesive or flexible panel adhesive suitable for MDF substrates.
• Apply evenly to both surfaces and allow the recommended tack time before positioning.

5. Secure the Panel
• Press firmly and evenly across the surface using a roller or soft cloth.
• Temporary supports may be used until the adhesive sets.

6. Finish and Paint
• Panels are pre-primed and ready for painting or staining.
• Use water-based, two-pack, or polyurethane coatings.
• Lightly sand between coats for a professional finish.

Installation Tip: For a seamless join between panels, lightly sand or fill the joint line before applying the final coat of paint.
