Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics.
•  Return items must arrive in perfect, resalable condition, in their original, unopened packaging.
• Items not meeting these standards will be rejected and not refunded. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
• The item must be fully unboxed and clearly photographed.
• Email photo evidence to admin@delacopanels.com.au within 24 hours.
  Damage claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted. 
  

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be granted for:
  • Shipping delays due to courier or depot issues.
  • Orders still in transit or awaiting delivery. 
    

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a replacement is to: 

1. Return the item (if eligible).
2. Place a new order once your return is accepted. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved: 

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Refunds cover the product value only. Any shipping fees paid as part of the original order are non-refundable.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
