Shipping policy

At Delaco Panels, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your order in real time.


Estimated Shipping Times (Metro Areas)

Estimated delivery for metro areas: 3–7 business days. 

In some cases, orders may arrive as quickly as the next business day.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather events or disruptions at courier depots. Delaco Panels has no control over such events.


Tracking Your Shipment

A tracking number and courier information will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. Delaco cannot help you track your order once dispatched.

 

Dispatch Locations

We operate from four warehouses across Australia: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.
Orders are typically dispatched from the warehouse closest to your location; however, dispatch is also dependent on stock availability at each warehouse.


Delivery of Panels

We partner with Hunter Express, a trusted nationwide third-party courier service.

Important Notes:

  • For any delivery-related issues, customers must contact Hunter Express directly.
  • Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed unless you have requested a specific timeframe and received a custom delivery quote from our team in advance.
  • Delaco Panels is not responsible for the actions or delays caused by Hunter Express or its network of over 20,000 staff and contractors.

In rare cases, we may ship your order using an alternative carrier. Please refer to your tracking email for the relevant courier details.


Delivery of Samples and Accessories

Samples and accessories are shipped using Australia Post, Aramex, or Couriers Please. Carrier selection is based on the destination and shipping method.


Damaged or Broken Orders

Please inspect your panels within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  • Panels should be stored flat immediately
  • If damage is identified, please take clear photographs and email them to admin@delacopanels.com.au
  • Our Fulfilment Team will open an investigation and respond with a solution within 72 hours.

 

Please note:  Our Sales Team and Live Chat Support are unable to process shipping or damage claims. All issues must be submitted via email.


Shipping to Western Australia and Regional Areas

Flat-rate shipping does not apply to orders from Western Australia or remote regional locations.

Please contact our team at sales@delacopanels.com.au to request a custom shipping quote. 

Shipping times may vary depending on your exact location.
