Campaign Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Campaign Terms and Conditions apply to promotional campaigns run by Delaco Panels Pty Ltd, referred to as we, us, or our, on delacopanels.com.au and in our physical stores.

By participating in a campaign or placing an order during a campaign period, you agree to these Campaign Terms and Conditions in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

We aim to present all offers clearly and accurately, including any conditions, limitations, and exclusions. If there is any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and our other policies, these Campaign Terms apply only to the extent necessary for the relevant campaign.

1. Current Campaign

Campaign name: Winter Sale

Offer: 20% off all panels.

Discount application: No discount code is required. Eligible panels are already displayed with the discounted price.

Valid: Online and in-store.

Campaign period: As advertised on our website, in-store, or through Delaco Panels marketing channels.

We may extend, shorten, pause, or cancel a campaign at any time where permitted by law, including due to technical issues, stock availability, suspected misuse, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2. Eligibility and Redemption

The Winter Sale promotion is valid for eligible purchases made online at delacopanels.com.au and in-store during the campaign period.

Online, no discount code is required. The 20% discount is already applied to eligible panel products and reflected in the displayed price.

In-store, eligible panels will be sold at the Winter Sale discounted price during the campaign period.

The discount applies to eligible panel products only.

Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

3. Exclusions and Limits

Unless we state otherwise in writing, the Winter Sale offer cannot be combined with any other discount code, bundle discount, automatic discount, trade pricing, wholesale pricing, special quote, or negotiated pricing.

The discount does not apply to fixings, glues, cartridge guns, accessories, gift cards, shipping costs, delivery fees, surcharges, installation services, samples, or any other non-panel products or charges shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to limit use of the promotion per customer, per household, per order, or per transaction, and to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for the purpose of resale, misuse, or fraud.

4. Pricing and Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If an item is out of stock, we may offer alternatives, a pre-order, or a refund in line with our policies.

Prices and product availability may change without notice where permitted by law.

We aim to display total pricing clearly, including applicable taxes and any additional costs such as shipping at checkout.

5. Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates only and may change due to carrier delays, peak season demand, supply issues, weather events, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Delays do not automatically entitle you to a refund, except as required by law or under our policies.

6. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

If you cancel or return part of an order, any refund will be calculated based on the discounted price actually paid for the returned items, not the original full price.

If you return items and this causes the remaining order to no longer meet campaign requirements, we may adjust the refund amount accordingly.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method in line with our Refund Policy.

7. Pricing Errors and Technical Issues

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing, promotions, and discount functionality are correct.

If a technical issue, error, or misuse results in incorrect pricing or discounts being applied, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse any affected orders.

If an order is cancelled for this reason, we will notify you and provide a refund for any amount paid.

8. Misuse and Fraud

We may refuse, cancel, or reverse a promotion where we reasonably suspect misuse, including but not limited to:

• use of bots or automated systems
• multiple accounts or unusual ordering behaviour
• resale activity
• attempts to bypass checkout restrictions or eligibility requirements
