Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Campaign Terms and Conditions apply to promotional campaigns run by Delaco Panels Pty Ltd (we, us, our) on delacopanels.com.au and in our physical store. By using a promotional code, participating in a campaign, or placing an order during a campaign period, you agree to these Campaign Terms and Conditions in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

We aim to present offers clearly and accurately, including any conditions or exclusions. 

If there is any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and our other policies, these Campaign Terms apply only to the extent necessary for the relevant campaign.

2. Current Campaign

Discount code: XMAS25
Offer: 25% off all panels and accessories only. Excludes fixings, glues and cartridge guns.
Valid: Online and in-store
End date: 31/12/2025 (AEST)

We may extend, shorten, pause, or cancel a campaign at any time where permitted by law, including due to technical issues, stock availability, suspected misuse, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any statements about the duration or scope of a promotion are intended to be accurate.

3. Eligibility and redemption

• The promotion is valid for eligible purchases made online at delacopanels.com.au and in-store during the campaign period.
• Online: enter XMAS25 at checkout to apply the discount to eligible items. Shopify discount availability is time bound to your store settings. 
• In-store: quote XMAS25 at the time of purchase to receive the discount on eligible items.
• Discounts apply to eligible products only.
• Unless otherwise stated, the code cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

4. Exclusions and limits

Unless we state otherwise in writing:
• The code cannot be combined with any other discount code, bundle discount, automatic discount, trade pricing, wholesale pricing, special quotes, or negotiated pricing.
• The discount does not apply to gift cards, shipping costs, delivery fees, surcharges, installation services, samples (if applicable), or any other non product charges shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to limit use of the code per customer, per household, per order, or per transaction, and to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for the purpose of resale, misuse, or fraud.

5. Pricing and availability

• All orders are subject to stock availability.
• If an item is out of stock, we may offer alternatives, a preorder, or a refund in line with our policies.
• Prices and product availability may change without notice where permitted by law.
• We aim to display total pricing clearly, including applicable taxes and clearly showing any additional costs such as shipping at checkout. 

6. Dispatch and delivery timeframes

• Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates only and may change due to carrier delays, peak season demand, supply issues, weather events, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
• Delays do not automatically entitle you to a refund, except as required by law or under our policies.

7. Order changes, cancellations, and refunds

• If you cancel or return part of an order, any refund will be calculated based on the discounted price actually paid for the returned items, not the original full price.
• If you return items and this causes the remaining order to no longer meet campaign requirements (for example, due to exclusions or changes), we may adjust the refund amount accordingly.
• Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method in line with our Refund Policy.

8. Pricing errors and technical issues

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing, promotions, and discount functionality are correct. If a technical issue, error, or misuse results in an incorrect discount, pricing, or offer being applied, we reserve the right (to the extent permitted by law) to correct the error and cancel or refuse any affected orders. If an order is cancelled for this reason, we will notify you and provide a refund for any amount paid. 

9. Misuse and fraud

We may refuse, cancel, or reverse a promotion where we reasonably suspect misuse, including but not limited to:
• use of bots or automated systems,
• multiple accounts or unusual ordering behaviour,
• resale activity,
• altered, shared, or unauthorised discount codes,
• attempts to bypass checkout restrictions or eligibility requirements.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Campaign Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Promotional pricing does not remove consumer guarantees that apply to goods and services. 

11. Changes to campaign terms

We may update these Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
