How to Install

How to Install

1. Install the Wood Joists
• Fix the joists to the wall using nails or suitable fixings.
• Space the joists evenly to create a strong, level backing for the panels.

2. Apply Adhesive (or Use Nails)
• Apply a strong construction adhesive evenly to the back of each panel.
• Alternatively, use a suitable nail gun as required for your surface and setup.

3. Install the Wall Panels
• Start from one side and connect the panels one by one using the interlock edges.
• Ensure each piece is seated properly before moving to the next for a clean, consistent finish.

4. Allow Expansion Gaps
• Leave at least a 3mm gap at all corners and partition walls.
• This gap helps accommodate normal thermal expansion and contraction.

5. Fix the Corner Trim
• Install the corner trim on external corners for a neat, finished look.
• Secure the trim in place and check alignment before the adhesive sets.

Maintenance and Cleaning
• Light dusting will prevent dirt and dust build up over time.
• Wipe with a slightly damp microfibre cloth to keep panels clean.
• No chemicals are necessary for cleaning.

Tip: Dry fit your first panel to confirm your starting line is straight, as this sets the alignment for the full wall.
