The acoustic panels can be easily cut to any size.
The easiest way to do this is with a fine-toothed saw. The underlying acoustic felt is most easily cut with a carpet knife.

To achieve absorption class D, the acoustic panel is mounted directly on the wall or ceiling by using black screws directly through the acoustic felt into the wall.

To achieve absorption class A (best absorption class),
the acoustic panel is mounted on joists 45 mm thick with 45 mm thick insulation behind the panels. The studs are mounted with 600 mm distance on the wall and 300 mm distance on the ceiling.

It is also possible to glue the acoustic panel directly to the wall with a fast-drying mounting adhesive. We recommend that the adhesive be applied in a thick string as shown in the illustration on the left.
